T-shirts come in unisex sizes XS–3XXL. If you like a relaxed fit, go one size up. You’ll find a size guide on each product page to help you choose the perfect fit. Measuring the sizes against a t-shirt you already have and love is recommended. Size availability is related to the stock levels at our fulfilment partner. Different colours may have different size ranges due to the availability the production partner has in their warehouses specific to your region.

They’re soft, breathable, and made for comfort — think your favourite worn-in summer tee. Each piece is pre-shrunk and designed for everyday wear.

T-shirts are 100% combed cotton or a cotton-blend depending on the colour and cut. All fabrics are ethically sourced and chosen for comfort and quality.

Wash inside out, cold temperature preferred, and hang dry if you can. Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly on the printed area. Care = longer wear.

Each piece is made to order (no overproduction, no waste 🌍) and printing may happen in the country you are in, rather than being shipped from a country overseas. Shipping times will therefore vary from country to country. This is a slow but sustainable method of production, so please be patient while your t-shirt is being created.

Printing usually takes 2–5 business days, then shipping time depends on where you are globally:

• UK & Europe: allow 5–10 business days

• US: allow 5–12 business days

• Rest of world: allow up to 3 weeks

🌞 Returns & Refunds Policy

🇬🇧 UK & EU Orders

Each item is made to order, especially for you — which helps reduce waste and overproduction. Because of this, returns or exchange are not offered for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or preference.

However, under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless the item was made to your specifications or personalised in any way.

If you wish to exercise this right, please contact hello@julesvonhep.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to return the item to us in its original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we’ll issue a refund once we’ve received the item.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund through our fulfilment partner.

Returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction are not accepted.
